Posted on 8/15/2025: I’m excited to share a job opportunity for those considering a PhD in policy, inequality, economics, and related fields. Blueprint Labs  is a research lab based at the Department of Economics at MIT. They are hiring multiple predoctoral researchers across education, health care, AI, and labor projects.

Predocs are full-time staff members who work on 2-3 research projects in close collaboration with MIT professors Joshua Angrist, Parag Pathak, David Autor, and/or Nikhil Agarwal, as well as with researchers at other institutions, for about 2 years. Fellows will have the opportunity to work on leading-edge, policy-relevant research in a collaborative workplace environment.
