Join our SACE2025 Reimagined March 13th Virtual Conversation: Domestic Policy & Society
Posted in Undergrad Opportunities
Posted on 3/4/2025: Earlier this month, The Sadie Collective hosted our kickoff event to launch SACE2025 Reimagined, a series of events featuring webinars and an in-person symposium in Washington, D.C. At each event, we’re empowering current and aspiring leaders to share ideas on driving impactful change through a sustainable lens in economics, data science, policy, and finance. We have heard so much positive feedback from our community since the kickoff, and we are excited to share the rest of our programming with you.
We want to invite you to the next installment of SACE2025 Reimagined. On March 13 from 12:30-1:30 PM ET, we’re hosting a virtual conversation, “Domestic Policy & Society” where our panelists will take part in a thoughtful and empowering discussion focused on domestic policy and the intersections of economics and related fields.
We are thrilled to debut our featured panelists for the event including:
Bree Jones , founder & CEO of Parity
Brakeyshia R. Samms , senior analyst at the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy
Salma Abdi , undergraduate research assistant at University of Minnesota, and winner of the 2024 Andrew Brimmer Undergraduate Essay Prize.
After our March event, we’ll have two more SACE2025 events remaining: an international-focused virtual panel on April 10 and an in-person half-day symposium on July 17th in Washington, D.C. including a career fair, keynote speaker, mentoring reception and research scholar program. Featured career fair participants include top employers in economics and related fields, like government, finance, think tanks, industry, & more.
You can get your tickets for this panel & the rest of our SACE2025 Reimagined events here . And if you missed our kickoff, you’ll have access to a full recording of it with your ticket purchase.
