Posted on 06/15/2026: Hope you’re doing well! I wanted to get back in touch about some new opportunities with the D. E. Shaw group. We’re now accepting applications for our summer 2027 internship program. If you know any students in Department of Economics who might be interested in applying or learning more about our recruiting timeline, please feel free to pass along this email. 

Students can check out this video to see what it’s like to intern with us and visit our website to apply for as many roles as they’re interested in. We review applications on a rolling basis and plan to begin interviewing candidates early next month. I also want to note that we don’t set time limits on our offers, regardless of whether students are already in the recruiting process elsewhere.
