Posted on 5/11/2026: Internship dates span from August to December 2026 and are offered in our Washington D.C., Binghamton, Leeds, and Delhi offices. 

This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the legislative process and the day-to-day work of a congressional office. From policy research and constituent services to attending briefings and hearings, every day presents new opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact experience that builds lifelong skills, sharpens your understanding of government, and opens doors to a future in public service or beyond.

A Resume and Cover Letter are required for this application and opportunities are open to all majors.
