Posted on 5/30/2025: The goal of the Pipeline Scholars program is to help students advance into a Ph.D. program in real estate or a related field. Students attend the regular conference events to see firsthand the frontiers of real estate research and networking opportunities. Additionally, the pipeline scholars attend a special event each year designed to advance their understanding of the field. Typically, it revolves around a panel discussion that will comprise speakers at different stages of their careers. Pipeline scholars also get an opportunity to connect to AREUEA members who can continue to provide guidance on careers and graduate school options after the conference.
We offer free registration and travel support to the selected participants. Specifically, we reimburse transportation expenses and offer lodging at or near the conference hotel.
