We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2025 Georgetown Center for Economic Research Alumni Conference, organized jointly by the GU Economics department’s alumni and faculty. The conference aims to bring together recent PhDs, faculty, and current graduate students.

Call for Papers

Papers are invited from all areas of economics. To submit your completed manuscripts or extended abstracts, please visit: https://editorialexpress.com/cgi-bin/conference/conference.cgi and look for the Georgetown Center for Economic Research 2025 Alumni Conference.

Please include the following information with your submission:

• Complete contact information for the corresponding author (name, institutional affiliation, address, phone number, and email). Please designate a single contact author.
• Please indicate which of the authors is/are GU alumni or current students
• Title of the paper, keywords, and at least two JEL codes.

All submissions must be received by August 8th, 2025.

Submissions will be reviewed by the program committee, and authors will be notified of the committee’s decision by August 15. Authors whose papers are accepted to the conference must register by September 1st, 2025. Registration fee is $60 per participant; however, the fee is waived for graduate students with valid IDs.
