We run a selective program  for university students to work with fast-growing start-ups. The is an opportunity for students to connect with founders and build real-world skills.

A Start-up Internship Opportunity

Run by Harvard founders, the Ladder Program  is a selective start-up program for college students. In the program, students shadow and work alongside the founders of top start-ups on real-world projects. Companies in the program cover industries like AI & Machine Learning, healthcare, finance, and biotech. The company founders come from places like the Y Combinator, Goldman Sachs, Google, Microsoft, and McKinsey & Company.

The next application deadline for the Summer cohort is 11th May. Students can apply here .
