The Economic Studies Program at the Brookings Institution is conducting their annual Research Assistant recruitment. Each year they employ approximately twelve research assistants for one or two year appointments, preferably beginning between June 1 and August 1. This year, they are seeking to hire approximately five new assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.

Research Assistant Positions with Economists Incorporated
The Economic Analysis (EA) Division of MCC’s Department of Policy & Evaluation (DPE) is seeking a full-time Personal Services Contractor (PSC) to serve as an Economic Research Assistant at MCC headquarters in Washington, DC. An Economic Research Assistant must possess a solid background in economics and quantitative analysis. The PSC will provide research and analytical support to MCC economists and technical specialists under the direction of MCC’s Managing Director for Economic Analysis. The PSC also will provide administrative, organizational and logistical support to the EA Division and may work as a member of the DPE team and MCC country teams in cooperation with other MCC staff.
This is an entry level position (minimum of a bachelor’s degree required). The short description of the position is below. The application deadline for applications is July 18th.
