Announcing two opportunities to join our Transparency & Integrity team at the Inter-American Development Bank!

We’re looking for two graduate interns interested in bringing data, technology and new analytical approaches to some of the most important #transparency and #financialintegrity challenges facing Latin America and the Caribbean.

Data for Integrity: Regional Analysis & Innovation Help us build a new regional tool that brings together transparency, integrity and financial integrity data to generate country insights, comparisons and practical analysis for policy dialogue and decision-making. AI for Financial Intelligence & Data Integration Explore how AI can help connect fragmented data, uncover relationships and strengthen financial intelligence, including work on money laundering, beneficial ownership and tracing illicit financial flows. These are two very different profiles, and we’re interested in candidates from a range of backgrounds: public policy, international development, economics, data science, computer science, engineering, AI and related fields.

Both are paid, full-time graduate internships in Washington, D.C., January 16–March 15, 2027. Apply by September 25. Interested, or know someone who should be?
